As this is the first collaboration of its kind, we feel it is vital to continually evaluate and document our progress.

By analysing how the collaboration impacts on our organisations, our partners, our stakeholders, and the city and region, we will reveal new ways in which art can be developed and others will be able to follow and learn from our experiences.

The model we create will be used for future cultural partnerships and all our findings will be held in an archive for future reference, alongside records of performance work.

The University has awarded Higher Education Innovation Funding to Susan Daniels for this process to start.
